After six painful months which were spent in hospital Shepard can finally be released.
Thanks to the advanced technology and medicine the doctors were able to cure her physical injuries fast enough.
Together with James she moved in a new, beautiful house which is located outside the city in a nice quiet place so that it would be easier for Shepard to live a normal life.
Despite of the fact that Shepard is physically recovered from injuries which she got after blowing everything up and ending a war with this choice she is still mentally broken.
